This sounds like the Esberitox immune system booster that's very common in Germany. Lately, I've heard mutterings that it's not quite as side-effect free as once thought.
Also, from the wording there may be a concern that these drops could present a problem. It talks about eliminating the symptoms of the common cold and those of influenza (which are obviously caused by very different viruses). The symptoms associated with viral infctions are usually part of the body's attempt to clear the pathogen - eg, fever etc.
Eliminating these may make the patient look/feel better, but it may also increase the length of time that he/she has the infection (and possibly increase the likelihood of it being passed on).

...doesn't look very credible.
"In this era of man made infections (HIV, Ebola, West Nile virus, Lyme Disease {Borrelia burgdorfi spirochete}, SARS and possibly the dispersion of anthrax) having Noni Concentrate in your home could be life saving. If Noni is capable of killing the viral organisms that cause colds and influenza there is reason to be optimistic that it could cure the above mentioned infectious organisms. I strongly urge everyone to consider keeping Noni concentrate in your medicine cabinet. "
This is nonsense. What is a man made infection? And if Noni was able to kill viruses in-vitro (which it obviously can't, otherwise they would have mentioned this) what relevance would this have. In vitro, it's possible to kill viruses with toothpaste.
And the claims that it can cure (literally) every disease known to mankind, makes you realise that one has wasted one's time reading the article. Sorry, but as Milton Friedman (big cheese economist) is supposed to have said...."There's no such thing as a 20 dollar bill on the sidewalk" (ie. someone would have picked it up). If this was a cure all, wouldn't we have heard about it ?
Back in the wild west, travelling salesmen would sell diluted alcohol in fancy bottles and claim it would heal all ills. All that has changed is that the Texans have discovered the internet.
