i am trying to do the comet assay for last two months but dint get it. may be the problem is arising in the coating of the agarose to slides or in the electrophoresis. i am trying to perform this assay on occupational workers and following the raymond and trice protocol. is there anyone who could brief me on this method

There are many factors that could be contributing to your problem with the comet assay. What are the actual problems that you are having?

I have a problem too.Now I use 2 agarose layer.The first is NMA and second LMA with cell suspension.Good luck!
