I am looking for a reliable microarray system for gene expression preferably using a dual system. I heard some companies have the technology. could you recommend a company?

I know the institute I used to work in had quite a lot of success with affymetrix arrays. I didn't use them myself but they tested out a couple of companies and settled on theirs.
