I have learned that by using a traditional microarray inkjet printing, scientists have developed a complex oligonucleotide populations and have optimized a procedure to detach the short DNA fragments from the slide and PCR-amplify them in bulk while maintaining the sequence diversity.

Does anyone know about the detail of this protocol and names of the authors?
