I need to know what I can use to read the fluorescence of approximately 100 microliters of solution, but I'm looking for small material with an optical fiber probe to "put in" my solution, and not to use a cuve because I'll have a lot of samples.
I'm actually looking at the avantes catalog, but I don't know if some else exist.

The SpectraMax plate readers from Molecular Devices can read as low as 100 ul in a 96-well plate (you'd probably want to use a black plate).

What are you measuring? Another great machine is the ND-3300 by NanoDrop. It only reads one sample at a time, but it only requires 1 ul of sample. Since it doesn't use a cuvette, it doesn't take too much work to read mutliple samples.

Thank you.
I' measuring the calcein realesed by the dead cells, and the ethidium incorporated by the same cells (and probably an other marker for my target cells, with a conjugated antibody).

Hello you can also use a Tecan instrument to measure fluorescence. We have got one at our disposal but we cannot manage to measure GFP. Do you know of any groups around the globe that can help me doing so? thank you.
