vitamins have a role in the body growth. they make our body to work in the optimum possible metabolism manner .they work incordination with other organic molecules of the body and show their importance in the various biologival processes .
usually deficiecy of certain type of vitamins cause problem in the teeth.thus it is advisable to give "vit supplements " for the minors, not for the teeth growth but for overall development.but it is better to provide the vitamins in natural form .
vit C is availabble in the tabs form for their easy access to the body..
so go for the vitms on all the oppurtunity days...
