A recent PLoS paper published all huamn GPCR models, but the link to the deposit of models appears not working at all. It is said all those model are free for noncommerical use. Anyone know the address to check out the models?Link to the paper: Structure modeling of all identified GPCRs in human genome
The author has moved:http://www.gatech.edu/news-room/release.php?id=862Perhaps the site will return at the Georgia Institute of Technology? His new email address is on the paper you link to so you could remind him.It is worth clarifying that what this group has done is not to as you state "publish all human GPCR models", but to publish models of all human GPCR proteins made using their particular flavour of threading. There are other sources of predicted protein structures obtained in various ways eg:http://www.pd-fams.com/en/product/famsbase.htmlsee:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protein_structure_prediction
