Hi

We have recently purchased an ND3300 Nanodrop spec ... the system hangs midway between readings - and needs to be shut down and the operating system needs to be re-started -- has anyone faced this issue ?

No it sounds like an issue with the computer you are using maybe? Have you tried using a different system to see if the problem reproduces?
