My electron microscopic atlas on http://www.uni-mainz.de/FB/Medizin/Anatomie/workshop/EM/EMAtlas.html offers images from most tissues mainly from human, rat and few other species. It provides over 175 labelled images.
The index page of the atlas provides links to further pages with overviews of miniaturized original pictures sorted to the following categories: cell organelles, tissues and organs. An image proper can be regarded when clicking on its miniature on an overview page which also provides links to pages with the labelled images. A linked vocabulary of microscopic anatomy explains 239 terms in German and English. At present the atlas is available in German only, however an English version is in preparation and the some pages in English are already included.

Dear Dr. Jastrow, your atlas is amazing and a great reference document. Could you please let us know what type of electron microscope and equipments you have used for your work?

All images of my own were taken on transmission electron microscopes. The oldest ones as micrographs on a Zeiss EM 10c.
Since about 5 years all come from a LEO TEM 906E with a Proscan camera image resolution 1.024x1.024 pixel. Larger images were created using multiple image alignment tool of Analysis software which got the data by a frame grabber card. Sections were 50 nm thick and cut on a old Reichert Ultramicrotome with diamond knives.
