Filters of 0.2um to 0.8 um were tried to filter 200nm virus particles and leave out disinfectant molecules. The virus - disinfectant solution was just too thick and couldn't pass through. Are there columns I can try to leave out the disinfectant but allow the virus to pass? The former is toxic to cells and its efficacy against the virus has to be determined using these cells.
