hi all,

I would like to get the relative numeric values for excitation and emission spectra of flurophores such as GFP, YFP, etc. The reson is that I would like to plot them to overlay with my filters of interest. of course, one could use the invitrogen spectra viewer but I'd rather work offline and in a "real" programm.

Does anybody has those values or knows a place where I can donload them?

Thanks alot,

Philipp

okay,

sorry guys, harder googeling helps often!
http://tools.invitrogen.com/search/index.cfm?searchterm=%23&fuseaction=search.simplesearch&navFilter=category:Spectra

and then there is a little box called: View the datapoints for this spectra

hope this helps somebody....
