Hi all,
I heard that Stressgen has developed a new ELISA kit for HSP90 in 96well plate.
Has anyone tried it or any other ELISA kit from Stressgen?

I didn't know much about HSP90, I found these information that I like to share:
Mammalian cells contain four distinct members of the HSP90 molecular chaperone family. The cytosolic heat shock protein HSP90 has two isoforms, HSP90a and HSP90b, which are 76% identical and are thought to be the consequence of a gene duplication event.

I think Stressgen is the only company that makes ELISA kits to measure HSP90. I didn't find other companies.

Thank you for the information,
I hoped that some one used the HSP90 kit. I guess no one has.
It cost ~600 CA$ so it is a bit expensive.
I will see maybe I could get a demo kit.
