I just wanted to mention a cleanup kit for cleaning 2D samples.
For several months I had problems with vertical stricks on my 2D gels.
I had also problems with getting rid of salts in the sample.
I tryed many ways to solve the problem but none of them realy did help.
Lately I found that a Cleanup kit from biorad did the trick. RedyPrep cleanup kit helped very much.
The gels are much clearer and I manged to get rid f all the salts in my samples.
