Starting salary from £45,336 - £51,025 per annum with further progression opportunities to £55,758
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to take a leading role as part of the senior Human Resources team at Bournemouth University. Reporting to the Deputy Director and with responsibility for a small team of staff, you will work in partnership with designated areas of the University to provide specialist HR support on a range of strategic issues as well as advice and guidance on a wide variety of operational matters. In addition you will lead on specific HR initiatives towards delivery of the University's strategy and the wider human resources agenda.
You will have significant human resource management experience gained at a professional level in a similar environment and possess the credibility and skill necessary to influence at all levels. A proven track record encompassing complex employee relations issues, organisational change, team management and delivery of measurable improvements in HR service quality are essential together with a flexible, proactive approach and ability to achieve results.
