Did anyone sent 2D spots that were stained with Syprouby for Mass-Spec?
Do you know if it is interfiring?
Usualy the ask for Silver stained 2D spots.

SyproRuby dosent interfer in Mass-Spec.
I got great results even from a spot from 8 cm gel.

You even dont have to destain it.
Just put it in 2% Aceticacid in ddH2O

Do you need to treat the 2nd Dimention gel in a specific way. Do you have o age it?
