Yes I did, and still doing it
Nowadays in regular 1D SDS
Use Stressgen Ab SPA-845 if you got other Ab that doesn't work. This one works well.

Tell me one thing, What kind of secondary antibody do you use? It is written that you have to use Rat IgM, somehow it doesn't work? |
