I'm staining liver for GFP and can't keep my tissue on the slides. I've used plus slides, Poly-L-Lysine slides, Elmer's glue in my water bath but the tissue still falls off. Any suggestions?

I am talking from my personal experience because this has been happening to me recently.

You need to make sure that your slides and your tissues are very dry (leave then for several hours at 56oC dry environment) before you proceed with the staining.
