I need to test the ability of different human NGFb mutants to bind to its cognate receptors, p140TrkA and NGFR. I was thinking of trying co-pulldown studies using recombinant human TrkA-Fc and NGFR-Fc to pulldown different mutant NGFb proteins. Several articles have indicated that glycosylation of these receptors affect their activity. I was wondering whether anyone knows a good source of glycosylated human p140TrkA-Fc and NGFR-Fc?
