Hi all,
I am looking for a good mild lysis buffer.
Would like to get some and try them.
I tryed several but I still want to try nd improve it.
I am using150mM NaCl, 20mM Tris-HCl and 0.1% NP40 pH7.4.

Found the solution :-)
My first problem was stricks in my western.
I changed the incubation perod from 20min to 15 min. on Ice.

What concentration of protease inhibitors are you using?
Do you use PMSF?
