Yes i did.
I prepared Bone samples for SEM.
I used Historesin for the embding of the bone ( Follow the protocoll of the manufector) ( It was years ago so i can t remember what company it was)
After the embeding was finished I cut the samples to 1mm sections. Then the samples were put on the SEm tray and coverd with gold.
Than scaned.
