I've been trying to develop a thermosensitive formulation using chitosan in the same way a lot of other papers have done but actually it didn't gel as the papers says
the only way I tried and got a result is using poloxamer
Does any body know why the chitosan don't form gel upon heating using any of the methods mentioned in the papers
i.e. + beta glycerphosphate
none of these methods give results although mentioned in many papers
may be because of the specs of the chitosan?
