 hi,
my research is on  hela cell under differents condition of stress.
i have to induice ERS(?endoplasmic reticulum stress) by different drug like cisplatin ,H2O2,and sodium dithionite.
I'll use westen blot for detecting ERS
and my problem is how can i know the appropriate concentration,treatment duration on  my cells  for each of these drug.
please i realy need help

 Hey, i am facing the same problem too..but i gt to know that there was a recommended/standardize doses in OECD..but i cant really find it..
