Did anyone concentrate protein sample, in lysis buffer using spead vacume?

Yes,
I did , I concentrated 1ml into 100ul.
It took arround 20hr. The sample was run afterwords in regular SDS-PAGE, and than immunobloted (WB). The results were satisfactory.
