OK,
After a long time I did it.
I have radiolabeld with Tritium GAPDH.
Run it on 2D and got nice results

I've done the 125-I labeling part before and it wasn't too bad. I used the Pierce kit:

I didn't use the radioiodine-labeled protein for 2D though.
