Can some one plz clarify with me wat effect PPAR gamma has on adipophilin.

Does the induction of PPAR gamma cause an increased expression of adipophilin in the mRNA? and does this mean that it causes lipid accumulation in macrophages or not??

im confused. i would be greatful if some one could clarify this for me!!
