Hi all,
Do anyone know a bout a good methode to do CO-IP for Hsc70 in order to find the complex proteins.
Either by 2D-Page and WB or with mass Spec

Hi ,
I have done several CO-IP studies.
I guess it wouldnt be any problem to use the eluition for mass spec.
