Hi, I'm new to interproscan... I installed it and "configure" it... I think it works, and it assigns tasks via rsh to execution nodes (I have a cluster for executing iprscan).
My problem is that I don't know how iprscan assigns tasks to nodes on my cluster. Since, iprscan configuration asked me only one host for executing via rsh I don't know if there's only one host for execution or what.
I hope someone can help me with this... I'll appreciate. Thanks! (and sorry about my english)
