I am looking for any references talking about WESTERN BLOTTING, but i hardly find any in pubmed. Could it be that WESTERN BLOTTING is an old technique that is why old articles are deleted or not in use? Do you have any good ones that i can read?

I am not interested in some of the unknown websites talking about this topic, since i don't know if they are right about what they are saying. I need articles with references!

Looks like you are in need of an introductory biochemistry textbook, which will have a basic description of Western blotting - what it is used for, how it is done, etc. While you are correct that this is not a new method, the reason it doesn't come up in your search is because it is so integrated into the world of life sciences today. Try flipping through any edition of a scientific journal with "bio" in the title (e.g. Biochemistry) and you'll find dozens of examples of Western blots in the primary literature. Also try looking through a catalog/website of any company that supplies antibodies for biological research and they'll have protocols and references galore.

As for finding a reference/review article on Western blotting, you probably won't find any on Pubmed, much like you won't find any good review articles on "genes" or "proteins".

Can you rephrase this sentence in another way, since i do not know what you mean:

I think you can buy a book about Protein analyses, which is better than a journal.
