hello, i am looking for an anti human vegfr-2 antibody that is effective for flow cytometry analysis of PBMCs either labeled or unlabeled? Does anybody have any experience?

well, i have no experience with these specific molecules and cells, but a R&D has several anti-VEGFR-2 Abs, including PE conjugated which you can use for FACS (I use anti-IgG Fc-PE), so i suggest you ask them for recommendations.

thanks for the reply, have heard that these antibodies are not very effective for PBMC analysis, maybe you have gathered other experience?

as i said, I have no experience with these Abs or these cells.
