Does anyone have any tips or tricks relating to the more efficient running of in vivo pharmacokinetics? I am interested in increasing my N while not unduly increasing my workload. I would like to be more efficient and therefore more productive with PK in rats and mice.

I would suggest using an autosampler with your LC/MS/MS - it is an easy and obvious way to increase your throughput :)).

you may first try with in-vitro (liver microsomal0 studies and then do in-vivo. While in-vivo screening use only 4-6 animal per compound and analysed it LCMS/UPLC. This insrument could consume less time than other method of analysis.
