Hello, I am planning on a large screen using microRNA microarrays. I would like to know what is your oppinion on the best platform / company to perform a miRnome-wide screen. I am interested in using the Agilent platform. Has anyone used this platform? What is the experience of you?I've been reading some of the results of this platform and I saw that in some places appears "DATA NOT FOUND". How do you interpret this? Anyway, any suggestion is welcome! Thank you!
