Is there a way to quantify immunological staining of cells? I have cells that stain with immunocytochemistry using a certain primary antibody , but now I am going to treat these cells with the primary anitbody when culturing them (comparing it to blank media) to see if they will still stain. Are there any software programs that can determine the percentage of cells stained, etc?

It could be done, the thing is that i am not sure what your system is.
