Can anybody give me the names of few companies which sell Isoelectricfocussing apparatus at reasonable cost?

There are several: Depend what do you meen by reasnoble cost? I worked with Bio-Rad, I must say that it isnt very cheep but I had great results. Good reproducibility. The technical support is superb.
Amersham Biosciences has got also an apparatus I think it is a bit cheeper but havnt got any practice with it.
I would recomand BioRad.

PS As you can see several months ago I have posted a question regardin the Invitrogene 2D apparatus. Even though I didnt get any reply, I spoke with some people that said that they were sutisfied with it.

we use the amersham one and it's working grand. The protocols are easily saved and there's enough room to save around 12-15 protocols.
