It has been noted by some that the MMR vaccine has been linked to autism, crohns disease, meningitis etc but does anyone know if in all these cases the kids were being breast fed as new evidence shows the virus may have to mix with antibodies found in breast milk to make the precursors for these other conditions.

Each occurence has a separate cause due to the way vaccines are made. Autism-which is occuring more frequently these days might be associated with presence of lead or some other brain damaging chemicals in the vaccine. In case of crohn disease some auto-immune reactions of the body can trigger the disease and for meningitis it could be the contamination coming from the egg that viruses are cultured on or the weakened virus. Recombinant vaccines reduce the chance of meningitis.
