I've experimented with LNCaP and some other lines of PCCs.

i seeded 2 days ago with LNCaPs newly thawing in 2 weeks.

at that time, i checked the morphology of the cells, but there's no differences such as shirinkage or fragmentation or rough membranes...

2days after seeding, i checked and tried to treating drugs, but there's some big plroblems with my LNCaPs..

the medium(i use RPMI-1640 with 10%-FBS and 1%-P/S) color is ok,
but the bottome of the dish , among the attached cells, there're filled up with something like webs...
the webs exist all over the dish and that's seen dark at the site of microscope.

have someone ever got this phenomenons??
is it a contamination???
what can i do to check or fix this situations??
