Is there an eof (neutral) marker for CE that absorbs at 280 nm? Most markers absorb at lower wavelengths, but I'm trying to eliminate non-protein peaks by looking only at 280 nm, but still need an eof marker to get mobilities.

I am not sure that I am understanding your question.
Did you try a specific primary Ab against the eof and then a secondary fluorescent antibody?
