I wonder which assay platform, visible, chemi, fl. are most popular.

Fl assays are much more sensitive, but do people have access to the proper 96 well plate reader?

How about chemi.

I think most of the lab use visible. It gives good results even if it is less sensitive than fluorescence or chemiluminescence. And I think it is less expensive.
