I need help for preparing the ROC curves.
Can any1 recommend some literature or softwares for preparing the same.
I have no prior experience in that field.
I want to check the biomarker potential of several identified proteins in cancer.

What is the minimum number of samples that should be taken in consideration for that?

Thanking you all in anticipation.
