Want to get information on how to get a used HV Signal Access Module for CP-II AFM microscope. The part must be the TUV compliant version of the module (Veeco part number 850-011-502).
Anyone willing to sell or trade this part.

I can't find the precise part you are looking for right now, but I suggest that you set up an alert on eBay for all "Veeco" listed items.

Other sites to search are

http://www.kitmondo.com/

www.4semi.com/

www.equipmatching.com/list/VEECO

www.labx.com/v2/adsearch/resultsnew.cfm

www.caeonline.com/saleview.html

You can list wanted ads on a couple of these sites too
