I have read that A-72 cells will develop CPE when infected with CPV when grown on L-15 media. However, all of our cell lines are kept in 5% CO2. How do I compensate for the CO2 so my cells won't die in the L-15 media. I have tried A-72 in EMEM but no CPE occured.

I recently posted this question:

and I'm wondering if a similar approach would work with your L-15 media?

So maybe I should try losts more HEPES and much less bicarbonate? Would any other components help?
