Paternity testing is done by matching the HLA typing of the mother, putative father and the child. Is the serologycal method still practiced or most of the labs have switched to DNA? which companies are specialized in making HLA diagnostic products?

Serotyping by cytotoxicity method is still practiced by few accredited HLA laboratories but DNA typing is the ultimate approved method for all forensic and clinical laboratories who are doing paternity testing.
