Thats looks very useful. Do you know if there are any non-human sites around that offer the same type of info? Preferably agricultural animals - pigs, cows, sheep.

I'd met the key guy who set up the database - the idea was to have it for human initially because of the genomic data already available (though this database also has experimental info from areas unavailable to be covered in the seq runs coverage). Will have to check for others.
