Does anyone know the antigens that would induce TH1 and TH2 responses in mice and humans?
Please, can I get the references too?
Thank you

Pretty much, most antigens. Sorry I don't have time to look for references for you.

antigens are usually injected with an adjuvant. It has been shown that adjuvants play a role in determining the type of immune response generated. For example alum skews the immune system towards a T-helper type 2 (Th2) response, which is characterized by the secretion of Th2 type cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-5 and the generation of IgG1 and IgE type antibodies. CpG and MPL are novel adjuvant that are known to promote Th1 type response with the secretion of IFN-gamma TNF-alpha and IL-12 cytokines with a strong CTL induction and IgG2 production.

Risini D.W. et al. CpG DNA induces stronger immune responses with less toxicity than other adjuvant. Vaccine 18(2000) 1755-1762.
