Position responsible for the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, process, and operations for new or existing products and technologies.
Manages utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives.
Create and evaluate and maintain project schedules using MS Project. The development of process specifications and requirements, implementation of intellectual engineering tools designed to evaluate, and optimize processes such as performing DOE, working knowledge of Cpk Ppk. Furthermore the candidate should have a good working knowledge of associated statistical techniques. Development of process validation protocols and reports and execution of design testing, supplier interface and multi-disciplinary project team participation. Create and maintain matrix for continuous process improvement.
