I am looking for a way to measure IL-27, and IL-25. Are there some well charterized ab that I can set up my own Elisa?

Are you looking for mouse or human antibodies? R&D Systems has a few mouse antibodies for IL-27 but none for IL-25. I usually have pretty good success with antibodies from them. Good luck!

However, in your case the only results I got was what you already know: R&D systems for the IL-27 and no results for IL-25.

You may want to call R&D and see if they have anything in the works.
