A patient has antibody to latex and we cannot detect other antibodies in solid phase immunoassay. Must use these test and no others. How can I get rid of the latex ab in serum?

I've been having similar problem. I just found out about a new product called Adsorb-Out Beads (One Lambda) which can absorb anti-latex and other non-specific Ig's prior to antibody testing.
