I'm trying to use the SeqIOTools to get a sequence from the SARS fasta file I'm downloading. The method that fails is SeqIOTools.fileToBiojava(fileFormat, bufferedReader). The method throws a RESyntaxException, siting a NoClassDefFoundError. I have Biojava 1.4 added as a library and other Biojava tools are running fine. I've tried to rebuild and the error does not go away. The same problem also occurs on other machines that have the same build path. Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks!
