I am a mathematics graduate and a post graduate in Bioinformatics. Recently, i am working in the designing of novel inhibitors for Phospholipase A2 for various diseases like inflammatory, AD. etc.. I would be highly grateful to you all if could give some idea behind inhibitory mechanism of the PLA2 and the recent docking studies carried out in this aspect if you came across .. Please do let me know the details about the same.. I would appreciate if you could give me some novel concept to proceed with my work.
