<description><![CDATA[ I am doing some action potential recording for human embryonic stem cell derived cardiomyocytes, my problem is that right after I got the G-seal, my cell dead and I could not get any recording, even though it beat second before I patched the cell. We can get action potential recording from 3-5 cell cluster, also we can record the currnt from sigle cardiomycoytes. First I started with 0.1mM/ 0.2mM /0.5mM/ 1mM IPTG at 37C for 5 hours and took a sample every one hour but unlucky the 0.1mM after 1 hr formed inclusion bodies in the cell debris after cell lysis.
