You can refer to any manual for the protocol.<br />Blue Native PAGE is different from native PAGE and samples are treated with CBB 250 (G o R) prior to native PAGE. It is primarily used to detect protein interactions and  formation of protein complexes.<br />]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Hi,<br />I am new to protein analysis and I am getting rather confused  and was hoping someone can help please.<br />I would like to do a Western Blot to quantify the amount of collagen I have in some cells. I have an Abcam antibody already that I have successfully used for IHC, but according to the antibody datasheet I need to use non-denaturing and non-reducing conditions for westerns.<br />From what I've read, I need to use Native-PAGE, and not use any detergents (SDS, Triton), and not boil th...]]></description>
